Attack-One Fire Management Services, Inc. is a State of Florida Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business certified under the provisions of 287 and 295.187, Florida Statutes.
Attack-One Fire was established in 2000 in an effort to assist and support the Federal Governments national wildland firefighting response by providing professional firefighters staffing NWCG certified wildland fire engines, tractor plow units and mastication equipment. Our personnel and equipment have responded to incidents across the nation assisting Federal, State and Local Agencies in 26 States and on a multitude of incidents from wildfire response, space shuttle recovery and hurricane recovery efforts.
Though our specialty is the safe use of fire under prescription, we are experts in many facets of land restoration, land management and hazardous fuel mitigation services. Our mission is to deliver quality solutions that will meet any of our clients' natural resource needs. Kevin has spent over 25 years in the fire service serving in various capacities from volunteer firefighter to achieving the rank of Lieutenant with a municipal department located in North Florida. Prior to founding the business, he served in the U.S. Navy and worked for the U.S. Forest Service. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations as well as oversight on all field related activities. Kevin is a State Certified Prescribed Burn Manager; Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Florida Licensed Commercial Herbicide Applicator, NWCG Course Coordinator / Lead Instructor and Florida State EMT. Kevin has a AS Fire Science with a CD in Wildlife and Forestry Conservation along with numerous training certificates in prescribed fire and wildland firefighting.

John joined Attack-One in 2017 and has over 20 years experience in managing pine dominated forest systems. John has helped write the rules of ecological restoration techniques for longleaf pine and slash pine flatwoods. He is responsible for the (stewardship) project development, overseeing project environmental management systems, environmental compliance and the fiduciary supervision of these projects. John is a State Certified Prescribed Burn Manager; Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi, Certified Forester, NRCS Technical Service Provider (Georgia, Alabama) Senior Ecologist, Alabama Certified Herbicide Applicator, Certified Wildlife Biologist. NWCG Type I Firefighter. John has a BS Biology, BS Environmental Science, BS Zoology and MS Forestry.
